Зашёл тут на сайт розеты стоун, увидел, что у них идёт отличная распродажа, и можно купить сейчас курс английского всего за 149 EUR.
Пошел в саппорт спросить, будет ли работать у меня софт на двух ноутах разом, и меж делом cпрашиваю а PayPal примите?, сотрудник говорит, что примем будет вам PayPal на шаге с корзиной и предлагает, «вы мол окно с чатиком не закрывайте, делайте заказ, а будут вопросы я отвечу».
Дохожу до сего шага, и вижу только карты. Говорю «нет палки», мне, мол начни с ссылки .. и ссылку на американский сайт, а на нем уже вместо 150 евро ценник 250 баксов, ну и говорю, что примерно на 100 баксов дороже. Саппорт, про то, что Евро сам по себе дороже и мол не парься, я показываю, что ничего подобного и при 5% надбавке всё равно дороже. И начинаю писать сообщение, чтоб дали купончик на те самые 100 баксов, и я куплю прям сейчас, но… тут случается, то, чего я ни как не ожидал. Сотрудник поддержки говорит «обратитесь в отдел обслуживания клиентов они сделают вас счастливыми», сообщает телефон и сразу же закрывает чатик.
Я в легком шоке.
